About
Welcome to Fukuya Japanese Restaurant, nestled in the bustling Festival Supermall in Muntinlupa, Metro Manila. This culinary gem offers a delectable escape into authentic Japanese cuisine, making it a go-to spot for food lovers craving traditional flavors. With a warm and accommodating staff, Fukuya sets the stage for a memorable dining experience that extends beyond just meals.
The restaurant’s menu showcases a tantalizing selection of dishes that capture the essence of Japan. Recent patrons have raved about the Shoyu Ramen, a comforting bowl that epitomizes umami. Perfect for a cozy dinner, it promises a satisfying sip with just the right depth of flavor. However, be sure to arrive in time for the popular Gyoza, which frequently runs out due to its popularity!
One dish that deserves special mention is the Yakisoba. A family favorite, its nostalgic flavors evoked lovely memories for a loyal customer, who noted its delightful seasoning. It’s a dish you’ll want to order again and again. Don’t miss the Agedashi Tofu, which comes with a delightful sauce, though there’s room for improvement in its coating flavor. If you’re in the mood for something robust, try the Beef Gyudon and Katsudon, which offer generous portions, though one should be wary of the sweetness of the beef, as noted by some diners.
Fukuya also impresses with its ambiance; diners appreciate the serene atmosphere where the music is just the right volume, allowing conversation and enjoyment without being competing with loud tunes. Whether you share this experience with family or friends, the restaurant aims to make you feel at home.
At Fukuya, every plate tells a story, from the carefully crafted dishes to the heartfelt service provided by the team. Make a plan to visit this culinary haven at Festival Supermall and discover why so many are saying they would come here "all the time" if they could. Your taste buds will thank you!
“ just SHOYU ramen for Dinner. GYOZA was out of stock hope the boiled egg would be like half nexttime or it would be great if it will be whole just had a few bites with the meat. Happy Tummythou #keepsafe ”
“ We ordered food worth 1.9k for 6 people, 1.6k after senior and pwd discounts. Service was super nice, staff are kind. Their yakisoba tastes really nostalgic, my family used to frequent this restaurant every time we went to this mall. It’s really flavorful, same with other dishes. Highly recommend their yakisoba! The Agedashi Tofu has a really nice sauce, but the flavoring of their coating could be improved. To be fair, I’m comparing theirs to Yabu’s. The okonomiyaki was overloaded with sauces, might be a pro or con depending on the person. Beef Gyudon and Katsudon are okay, as I’ve tasted better. The beef was a little too sweet for my taste, but I liked how the meat isn’t fatty and hard to eat. As for the atmosphere, I really like how they’re not blasting noisy Japanese songs (unlike some restaurants). Music volume isn’t super loud. ”
“ We ordered the Beef Gyudon and Chicken Curry. Both were tasty. My partner says the Chicken Curry was very good since it had the right balance of spiciness unlike the last ones we ate. The Beef Gyudon was savory and portion size was well enough for the price. ”
“ I would come here all the time if I could — the food tastes so authentic. We arrived late, around 8 PM, and it seemed like they were about to close, but as soon as they saw us walk in, they welcomed us warmly and were very accommodating. The food, especially the rice bowl, was more than enough to fill me up, but we still ended up ordering more because it was just that good. ”
